Guardian Healthcare Providers, Inc. is a trusted nurse staffing partner to facilities throughout Kentucky and elsewhere! We seek full time LPNs who prefer long-term care settings. Our facility is a newish, beautiful, well-administered facility with staff like family.

Availability we need: 10 hour shift/4 day work weeks for 2nd/3rd shift. The hours for 3rd shift are 11 pm – 9 am and 2nd shift are 1 – 11 pm. This allows for a full week of work with only 4 days at the facility. We can also consider part-time availability, and if you need to renew your CPR, the facility can offer the certification at cost. Your orientation period will require availability during the day.

Must possess a current KY nurse license in good standing, or compact license. Current PPD/TB skin test.
